We at NTT offer our sincere thanks to you for using NTT i-net BB Fiber Internet for residential. We regret to inform you that the service will discontinue with effect from 9 January 2019 as our residential service has come to an end.

Alternative service to Migrate
We have made arrangement with alternative service provider, ViewQwest Pte Ltd to continue providing internet service for you at their special rate valid until 31st December 2018.
ViewQwest 1Gbps Fiber Broadband with new 12 months contract
Please register your agreement for migrating your Internet service to ViewQwest at https://www.sg.ntt.com/en/agree_migration_bk.html. A ViewQwest representative will contact you for further details.
ViewQwest’s Planned Maintenance (For customer subscribing above ViewQwest 1Gbps Fiber Broadband)
A planned maintenance of up to 4 hours by ViewQwest will be scheduled on 9 January 2019 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. for both the migration and bandwidth upgrade. Customer can continue to use back the existing equipment with ViewQwest 1Gbps Fiber Broadband.

Customer arranges alternative internet service provider by discontinuation date of our internet service.
Invoice and payment
NTT will bill you for i-net Fiber Internet 200Mbps till 8 January 2019.
