* Onsite support is normally scheduled from 10:00am to 17:30pm weekdays (except Singapore public holiday). Basically we schedule based on customer's request but it may be difficult to schedule the first choice due to our engineer's resource issue.
* One Time Set-up Fee includes onsite set up for 1 PC (internet connection setting and cable modem/router setting) and signal activation per subscription.
* Onsite service fee will be charged to customer if change of schedule is not informed to us during our business hours (weekdays 9:00am ~17:00pm except Singapore public holiday) and one day before the scheduled onsite date.
