NTT i-Net BB Service - SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Affected Service: NTT Home Cable Network for consumer customers
Target Customer and Impact: Existing Service Subscribers
Maintenance Window Period : 22/10/16 @2200 hrs to 23/10/16@0800 hrs (Singapore Time)
Impact and Duration : Downtime of up to 30 minutes
Reason: NTT i-Net BB Service will be carrying out maintenance on Cable Network for upgrade of infra network to improve resiliency and reliability of network.
 

NTT iNet BB service for consumer is carrying out network maintenance. Customer will experience intermittent connection during the maintenance window. Please refer following scheduled date and time. That customer may have to reboot the modem and router if the internet connection is not available after the maintenance window.
