NTT i-Net BB Service - SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Affected Service: NTT i-Net BB Service, Home Cable Network for consumer customers
Target Customer and Impact: Existing Service Subscribers
Maintenance Window Period: 12/12/16 @0200 hrs to 12/12/16@0300 hrs (Singapore Time)
Impact and Duration : Interruption of up to 15 minutes
Reason: NTT i-Net BB Service will be carrying out maintenance on Cable Network of infra network to improve resiliency and reliability of network.
 

Customer may have to reboot the modem and router if the internet connection is not available after the maintenance window.
